Receiving an Order
- Digital orders appear on the ELO monitor and ring until accepted.
- Respond to digital orders immediately.
- Orders appear in order of pickup time.
- Review ticket and place sticker on the bowl.
- Call the guest if there are issues; if there is no contact info, wait for pickup to clarify.
- Notify team for large orders to ensure fresh product.
- Report any ELO printing issues to Science immediately.
- Use BOH computer on Toast to access/print online orders if needed.
Building Orders
- Review the entire order carefully, especially the special instructions.
- Confirm sauces, using blue marker to indicate sauces on the side.
- Check for 2x or 3x sauces as allowed per item.
- Do not place side pita inside the plate lid.
- Build Kids Meals per specifications unless otherwise stated.
- Always serve falafel sides in 8 oz. container unless otherwise noted.
- Sides of spreads automatically receive two pitas unless pita chips are specified.
Quality Assurance
- Use the ticket to validate and double-check order accuracy.
- Carefully bag entrees to prevent spills.
- Use Roti Branded bags.
- For multi-bag orders, label each (e.g., '1/2', '2/2').
- Triple check every item and ensure correct packing.
- Stick the order ticket to the bag.
Running Orders
- Bring completed orders to Good To Go shelf.
- Place orders in alphabetical order by first name.
- Assist customers and gather additional items if needed.
- Support digital line team as needed.
