In Store Technology Partners
POS/Order fulfillment
Toast provides the hardware and software needed to manage ordering and fulfillment for walk-in,
delivery, and catering orders. The Toast platform integrates with our other partners to enable you
to provide fast, professional service to all customers, regardless of their chosen order or
fulfillment channels.
Toast Hardware includes:
- Two Cashier stations for order entry
- Two payment stations with tablets, credit card readers and receipt printers.
- Two wall mounted kitchen display tablets notifying kitchen staff of pending orders
- Kiosk for guest self-ordering
Ctuit Overview
Ctuit is a comprehensive restaurant management software solution designed to streamline key
operational functions across franchise locations. Now integrated into the Compeat platform,
Ctuit provides tools for inventory management, labor scheduling, recipe costing, accounting, and
real-time reporting. It enables franchisees to make data-driven decisions, maintain consistency,
and operate more efficiently.

Automated Delivery Dispatch
Nash: Automates delivery dispatch, selecting the best option from available third-party
services. -
Delivery Order management
Stream: Offers locations a single portal for managing third-party orders, menus, and
services. Orders taken from Uber Eats, GrubHub, Google, DoorDash, etc., will
automatically print a production ticket for the kitchen.
Catering
We partner with EZ Cater to increase businesses orders, increasing your share of this important
revenue source.
Digital Menu
Playsignage provides Roti locations with digital displays that serve colorful, high-definition
menus and information to our guests. The content is designed in-house by the Roti creative team
and updated automatically for you.
Streaming Music
All Roti locations are streaming curated, family friendly music using a Pandora/Cloud Cover
supplied a media player and Sonos speakers to delight guests while dining in.
Each location can choose from among a group of approved playlists using the Pandora/Cloud
Cover app for iOS and Android devices.
Food Safety
Disruptive Technologies supplies temperature sensors to provide real time data and alerts to
ensure the safety of refrigerated items. Door sensors obtain metrics on customer traffic volumes,
and all location real-time analytics and reporting are managed from a single portal.
Network Infrastructure
Netsolace support manages the wired and wireless networks in all Roti locations. Roti stores are
all running on a solid infrastructure of Ubiquiti Networking equipment. This includes firewall,
switches and wireless access points. Each store has isolated Wi-Fi networks for employees and
guests.
Back Office Technology
Your back-office PC equipment and printers are supplied and remotely managed by the
Netsolace support team.
Phone System
Netsolace partners with Genesys and Polycom to provide a multi-line phone system for all
stores. Netsolace supports and manages all in-store phone issues and configurations.
Training
Roti uses Schoox for in-store training. Schoox is compatible with iPads, cellphones, and
all computers. It is mandatory to have and use Schoox in your store(s) and the devices must be
equipped with functional audio/speakers.
This state-of-the-art training and testing system uses video and written text to provide initial and
ongoing training for employees, step by step guides, processes and procedures to help you run
your business, and much more.
There are numerous benefits to training with Schoox. Utilizing a digital platform ensures that all
your employees receive consistent and accurate messages. Training can be done independently;
employees are given training assignments in modules that they complete independently, freeing
existing personnel to perform other duties. Employees take a self-test at the end of the training
session that you or your manager reviews. Schoox training topics include, but are not limited
