1. Introduction to Toast
Toast is an all-in-one restaurant platform designed to streamline operations, enhance the guest 
experience, and improve profitability. As a franchisee in a quick service environment, mastering 
Toast is crucial for operational efficiency.

2. Toast Point of Sale (POS)
- Logging In: Use your assigned credentials to log in to the terminal.
- Taking an Order:
- Tap the menu item or use the search bar.
- Customize items with modifiers.
- Payments:
- Select payment method (cash, card, etc.).
- Tap or swipe cards. Guests can optionally, print or email receipt.
- Void/Comping Items:
- Tap item > Options > Void/Comp > Select reason.

- Accessing Menu Editor:
- Use Toast Web Backend > Menu > Edit Menu.
- Creating/Editing Items:
- Add categories, items, modifiers, and pricing.
