What You'll Learn
Throughout this training, you and your team will be introduced to the brand's mission, values, and standards; staff roles and responsibilities; guest service expectations; kitchen and front-of-house procedures; inventory management; health and safety compliance; opening and closing checklists; marketing and local store outreach; and performance metrics and reporting.
