Purpose
The purpose of this 3-day training program is to onboard Roti Team Members effectively by combining digital learning with hands-on position training. This approach ensures every new hire gains the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to uphold Roti's standards in guest experience, food safety, and operational execution.
Schoox Platform Access
Every Roti Team Member will receive access to the Schoox training platform, with credentials as follows:
- Username: Your email
- Temporary password: Roti2025!
Team Members are required to download the free Schoox mobile app to complete onboarding and continued training.
Orientation Modules
Team Members will begin with the following orientation topics:
- Welcome
- The S.T.A.G.E
- Hygiene & Uniform (See: UNIFORM & HYGIENE GUIDELINES.docx)
Core Training Modules
Following orientation, Team Members must complete these core training modules:
- Food Training
- Safety Training
- State Food Safety Training for Team Members
Position-Specific Training
Hands-on, position-specific training includes:
- Position Training – On the Line
- Food Prep – Position Training
- Fronter & Backer – Position Training
- Cashier – Position Training
- Position Training – Catering Builder
