Methods of Delivery
Training is delivered through in-person sessions (role-play, demonstrations, cross-training), digital modules (videos, quizzes, self-paced content), shift huddles (daily/weekly focus topics), job shadowing (peer-led on-the-job training), and performance reviews (feedback sessions that include coaching).
Tracking and Accountability
All training is documented in Schoox, our training platform, and managers review completion and comprehension. Employees must complete, and General Managers must sign off on, all modules and refreshers. Training metrics are tied to performance evaluations.
Trainer Roles and Responsibilities
The General Manager schedules and leads most training. Shift Leaders model behaviors, mentor new hires, and reinforce training during shifts. The Franchisee Support Team provides materials, updates, and audits.
Incentives and Recognition
Recognition includes certificates for completed modules in Schoox, an Employee of the Month program tied to training milestones, and incentive programs such as bonuses and gift cards.
Continuous Improvement Process
We encourage feedback to refine training effectiveness through annual surveys for employee input, regular updates to content based on customer feedback and internal audits, and franchisee meetings to align training across locations.
